    Tai Chi class iconTai Chi is an ancient oriental art of exercise. People of all ages, from 4 to 100, practice Tai Chi. It can be used as self-defense for children, teens, and adults. Regular practice of deep breathing strengthens the diaphragm and respiratory system. Better breathing patterns can help you achieve deep states of relaxation and relieve symptoms of stress. Tai Chi has the power to relieve insomnia, strengthen your core to give you better balance, and raise your heart rate. It can even teach you grace and confidence!
