Taiji
- Class Description
This Tiji class is taught according to the Yang style. No experience is necessary. Students will learn moves and drills that are enjoyable and relaxing, also excellent for improving balance, strength, and coordination! No jumps or combat are included in this class. It is a health focus rather than a martial arts one. No special equipment required, but please wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely and flat, athletic-friendly shoes for stability; avoid sandals, slides, or running shoes that turn up at the toe. Basic, inexpensive sneakers are ideal! - Instructor
