Some of the artwork explores struggle, tears, laughter, frustration, and hope. Other pieces depict the unwavering faith, power, character, endurance, and fearlessness experienced from generation to generation.
My works are vibrant cityscape/urban landscape paintings in acrylic on stretched canvas, expressing my vision of the world around me in a light-hearted style. Created with bold composition and brilliant saturated color, my play on perspective, vanishing points, depth of field, and use of color make these works unique.
Rod Stewart famously made the musical statement, "Every picture tells a story, don't it?" He was right! Every photo is rooted in a journey and seeks to tell the story of that special place, time, and experience. My goal is that the photographic art you see here will invite you into the essence of these […]

“I have been painting and drawing for over 60 years now. My mother got me my first set of watercolors when I was nine. She recognized my ability and encouraged me to take up art. I like watercolor for its wonderful way of capturing light, mood, atmosphere, and color brilliance. I have been represented by […]

We have been painting together for a while now, and somewhere along the way, we discovered that we were all studying French independently. This inspired us to put together a group show entitled “Les Trois Amies.” The show features artwork from all three of us, reflecting our individual voices and shaped by our time spent […]
At age 40, a neighbor asked me if I wanted to join her for an evening art class. A few basic classes later, “Light against dark” became a skill. At the age of 83, I began painting again – and haven’t stopped since. My days are filled with creating art, searching for inspiration, and sharing […]
Born in Canton, Ohio, I have always loved to draw. I graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Though printmaking was my major, I fell in love with oils, which is what is displayed today. My career eventually took me to Key West for a few years and to Tampa, where I […]
