‘Music Legends’ exhibit debuting at Carrollwood Cultural Center

CARROLLWOOD — Whether it’s the look of an instrument being played, the cover art of an album, a video on TV or an expressive fashion worn by a particular artist, music has never been limited to its sonic appeal alone.

How music inspires all forms of art will be on display this month at the Carrollwood Cultural Center beginning Friday. The gallery opening and reception for “Music Legends” will be held at 5:30-7:30 p.m., Aug. 13, in the center’s Main Theatre.
