    Fundamental Drawing class tileLearn the foundations of pencil drawing through a structured six-week course designed for adults. Each class combines a 20-25-minute guided lesson on drawing techniques and the artists of the day, followed by hands-on drawing practice. Students will explore proportion, shading, perspective, and composition as they gradually develop their own style and confidence.

  • Required Supplies
    • Basic pencil set (HB, 2B, 4B, 6B recommended)
    • Kneaded eraser or vinyl eraser (normal white or pink eraser) and Pentel Clic Retractable Eraser with Grip (optional)
    • Blending stumps/tortillons (optional but recommended)
    • 11″ x 8.5″ or 11″ x 14″ drawing pad or sketchbook of your choice
    • Ruler for perspective exercises
    • Pencil sharpener
    • (Instructor will provide printed artist samples for reference each week.)
