Tai Chi
Take steps to relieve insomnia, strengthen your core, improve your balance, and raise your heart rate with Tai Chi for beginners.
Belly Dancing
Sure, you can do crunches, but why crunch when you can dance? Belly dancing is a ton of fun, but there are a lot of health benefits, too.
Lil Rembrandts
Kids ages 5 to 7 will have fun creating original art pieces while learning about different mediums and techniques.
Jr. Artists
Lessons throughout this class will involve learning and discussing techniques used throughout art history.
EveryBody Can Dance
Join a class where everyone dances to their own beat, shakes it, and laughs while learning and building a routine each week!
