Medical Taiji Qigong
Relaxed, accessible Qigong exercises adapted from Yang-style Taiji are not only enjoyable and relaxing, they are also excellent for improving balance, strength, and coordination!

This Tiji class is taught according to the Yang style. Students will learn moves and drills that are enjoyable and relaxing.

Painting in Pastel
Painting in Pastels is a class suited for beginners and intermediate students. Those who are more advanced may feel a bit ahead of the game for the first class, but all foundational principles of working in the medium, such as types of pastels, best materials and tools to use, and techniques as they relate specifically to pastels, will be covered that can be of benefit to artists of all degrees of experience.
