Food from the Soul Festival returns for a thrid year

Food vendors and local artists will fill the space at the Carrollwood Cultural Center on March 28 for the Food from the Soul Festival. The third annual event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature an elevated VIP experience this year.
