EveryBody Can Dance (Body Confidence Dance Class)
Join a class where everyone dances to their own beat, shakes it, and laughs while learning and building a routine each week!
Students will practice and review proper stretching and body placement to support safe movement. Wear comfortable clothing to move in and if all in class are interested, a heels dance week may be incorporated within the 6-week class frame.
