The Carrollwood Cultural Center is currently accepting submissions for the Studio Project Short Film Festival.

Eligibility:

• Entrants must be from the Tampa Bay Area (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Hernando, Manatee, or Sarasota counties)
• Films can be from any genre
• Films MUST have a runtime of 30 minutes or less

Submission Details:

• All submissions must include:
  • personal contact information
  • title
  • a brief written synopsis
  • cast and crew listings
  • an MP4 of your completed film

There is no fee for submissions.

The deadline to enter is November 15, 2025. Filmmakers will be notified by December 12 with their acceptance status.

Live Screenings:

Selected films will be screened for a live audience at The Studio, located at 13345 Casey Road, on:

• Friday, January 30, 2026, at 8 p.m.
• Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 8 p.m.
• Sunday, February 1, 2026, at 2 p.m.
