Chair Yoga is a form of yoga practiced on a chair or standing using a chair for support.
This class will teach you basic yoga in a gentle way.
The Bridge Club is open to anyone who knows how to play bridge and wants to spend their Monday afternoons with a great group of people. Whether you have been playing a couple of years, or many years, you will have a great time with this fun group. Newcomers are welcome.
Students will learn the basics of wheel throwing by forming and throwing simple shapes on the potter’s wheel.
All meetings will be held on Mondays at 7 p.m. at the Carrollwood Cultural Center unless otherwise indicated or decided by the Group. (Book Planning Night is not held at the Center.)
