2025-26 Theatrical Season Sponsorship Opportunities
Come and play with us!
The Carrollwood Cultural Center is proud to present performances and partner with other area theatre groups to create something spectacular on our stages. From musicals and dramatic pieces to staged readings and more, we enjoy every aspect of the theatre, from the script to the final bow.
Additionally, we are proud to serve as a venue for new works through The Studio Project, which provides playwrights, directors, costume designers, and other creative minds with an opportunity to showcase their work. For the 2025-26 season, we are excited to host a film festival featuring submitted and selected short films.
Our goal is to provide an opportunity for the community to entertain — and be entertained.
Sponsorships range from $500 to $2,500 a show, which will help offset the costs of bringing a production from the script to the stage. Or for $9,000, you can sponsor the entire 2025-26 season!

$9,000 Season Sponsor

Sponsor the entire 2025-26 season, which includes:
- All’s Well in Roswell (Isn’t it?) – October 4-5, 2025
- Amityville ’74 – October 17-26, 2025
- Jesus Christ Superstar – March 13-22, 2026
- 20,000 Leagues Under the Seas – April 11-12, 2026
- M*A*S*H – May 15-24, 2026
- Schoolhouse Rock Live! – July 17-26, 2026
- R.U.R. (Rossum’s Universal Robots) – August 22-23, 2026
Your contribution helps provide:
- Purchase of production rights (where applicable)
- Production costs (sound, lighting, set supplies, costumes, programs, etc.)
As a thank you, your company will receive the following for your chosen show:
- Recognition in all ads, promotional materials related to the season (where applicable), including the Center’s website, a mention in at least seven weekly e-blasts to more than 11,000 unique subscribers, social media posts, entertainment brochure, print ads, calendar placements, banner ads, digital banners, flyers, tickets, audition notices, etc.
- A full-page, colored ad in the event program.
- An opportunity to display business signage at the front of the building before each show.
- An opportunity to distribute promotional materials to ticket holders in the lobby before and after each show.
- A mention during the curtain speech before each show.
- Four (4) tickets to each production during the course of its run.
- An 8’x4′ company banner will be displayed at the Center through the conclusion of the season (August 23, 2026)
