Well-Being Tools for Women (2x per week)
Students will explore well-being practices they can add to their “Self-Care Tool Box.” Within a relaxed and fun atmosphere students will explore different types of body movement, short meditations, gentle breathing techniques, free writing exercises, and gratitude practices. No previous experience is needed for any of these named practices. Please show up with an open heart, journal and a yoga mat.
