Well-Being Circle for Women Workshop

    Well-Being Circle for Women class iconDuring this one-day workshop, students will explore well-being practices they can add to their “Self-Care Tool Box.” Students will explore different types of body movement, short meditations, gentle breathing techniques, free writing exercises, and gratitude practices within a relaxed and fun atmosphere. No previous experience is needed for any of these named practices. Please show up with an open heart, a journal, and a yoga mat.
