Tiffany Barbee
Tiffany is a sweet and quirky retired pageant kid turned national touring stand-up comedian, 5th degree black belt, Bible student, actress and model. Tiffany loves dinosaurs, Star Trek, and saying “true words” (and gets away with it because she is cute). Tiffany is a co-host of an award winning comedy podcast on iTunes called “The Double Special Show,” she also has been heard as a featured comedian giving weekly love advice on Sirius XM Radio, and has opened for comedians such as Rich Vos, Michael Winslow, and Aries Spears.
Angela Nacca
Representing all the moms, wives, working and menopausal woman of the world Angela Nacca will keep you laughing, telling the stories of her 36-year marriage, her career in the medical profession to the trials of menopause like “doing a little pee pee in your pants when you laugh and sneeze.” She has toured with the COMIC’S ROCK TOUR performing in Washington DC, Virginia Beach and Staten Island.

The Carrollwood Cultural Center proudly presents a learning experience for high school students like no other, WEST SIDE STORY: Stage-to-Screen & Back Again.
During this 12-week course students will not only be cast members of the musical, they will learn how the musical earned its iconic status. Taught by Aaron Washington (theatre instructor/director/choreographer), Mary Jo Hahn (vocal/music director), and Devan Bittinger (choreographer/dancer), as well as other performing arts professionals in film, fight choreography, and stage management, students are set for an intensive experience sure to wow.
The performance will be filmed towards the end of the 12 weeks. Students will gain an understanding and appreciation of a musical that has become known as a game-changer for American Musical Theatre while honing their stage skills. From dance rehearsals to music, acting lessons, and filming this is sure to be a jam-packed class no high schooler will want to miss.
All students enrolled will be highlighted and utilized to the best of their ability and challenged to be better. No prior stage experience needed. The finished product will be filmed.
