I portray my subjects in surroundings that are relevant to my life and/or in a manner that best captives my emotions at the time. I think of my work as a celebration and affirmation of my life. Each portrait is an adventure and curiosity of the human figure. I want to infuse my portraits with a sense of realism\, so each painting appears relaxed and familiar. Art is more about communicating what I am feeling than what I am seeing. My goal is to capture women’s beauty by allowing them to be themselves. HOPE YOU ENJOY THE SHOW! \nBIO\nI currently live and work in sunny Florida. I was raised in Port-Au-Prince\, Haiti.
