Mindful Breathing: Relaxation for Mind & Body (Virtual Class)

Tai-Chi instructor Suzanne ChenTake a moment to slow down, focus, and breathe with this 6-week course. Students will practice awareness of breath, utilize gentle stretching exercises, and experience guided meditations. With healthy techniques such as focused breathing patterns students will see just how beneficial taking a moment for themselves and focusing inward is vital for a healthy, relaxed body and mind.
