Gentle Yoga & Meditation

  • Class Description

    Students will explore yoga postures and stretching exercises focusing on the breath and all the gentle movements of the body. Students will also learn different types of meditation, such as candle gazing and guided meditation. This class is appropriate for beginners to intermediate adult students 18 and up seeking increased mobility, flexibility, and a sense of well-being.
