Gentle Yoga & Meditation (2x per week)
NEW: During this 6-week course, students will explore yoga postures and stretches with a focus on the breath and all the gentle movements of the body. Students will also learn different types of meditation such as candle gazing and guided meditation. This class is appropriate for beginners to intermediate adult students ages 18 and older, seeking increased mobility, flexibility, and a sense of well-being.
Registration for 2022 classes will open on October 25.
