Dance Fitness
Dance Fitness is a unique class where students will explore a different part of their body each week (head, neck, shoulders, ribs, arms, hips, legs, and feet) and learn the basic dance steps to improve health and well-being.
Students are strongly encouraged to bring a journal for a short cool-down time at the end of each class to chronicle their relationship with the specific area of focus for that class.
