SUMMARY:Rehearsal: Denying Gravity - A Play with Purpose
DESCRIPTION:SAGES (Senior Actors Guild & Education Services) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit community theater comprised of older adult volunteers who tour Tampa Bay to bring original Plays with Purpose to seniors and caregivers for FREE. Our plays address issues of safety and independence for aging adults and both educate and empower\, as well as\, entertain. We proudly partner with community leaders (ie. Senior Connection Center\, Hillsborough Aging Services\, AARP) and first responders (Fire Rescue\, 911\, Law Enforcement\, Consumer Protection Services) to accurately reflect the impact of the true stories we tell and offer easy-to-implement safety tips for protection.
