DESCRIPTION:RThis 12-week class will teach teens the concept and design behind mural making. \nDuring the first few weeks\, students will meet with local muralists\, discuss design styles\, develop concepts\, and design a mural to paint on an internal wall of a commercial building. \nIn the remaining weeks\, students will meet on location (offsite from the CCC) and transfer their design to the wall\, paint it and watch their very own mural design come to life. There is also a potential to host a ribbon cutting ceremony at the end of the 12 week program. \nArt Room 1 & Off Campus
