SUMMARY:Summer Camps (ages 4-10) & Intensives (ages 11-16)
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Summer Camp!\n\n\n\nArtistic expression\, belting it out\, busting a move\, and getting into character are all encouraged! \nThrough art\, music\, dance\, and drama\, campers ages 4 to 10 will explore a different theme each week – all in a fun\, creative\, and safe environment. \nIn our youth intensive program for ages 11 to 13\, campers will use a theme as inspiration for developing their very own staged production! Teens ages 14-16 will expand beyond the stage and begin to explore lighting and sound design to create their own shows. \nThe paint is mixed\, and the stage is set. So\, cue the music and prepare to dance through a summer loaded with creativity\, friends\, and memories! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

SUMMARY:Upstairs/Downstairs at the Tampa Bay Hotel with Edith Roosevelt
DESCRIPTION:Upstairs/Downstairs at the Tampa Bay Hotel with Edith Roosevelt\, Guest and First Lady\, 1901\nEdith Roosevelt visited the Tampa Bay Hotel in 1898. Her husband\, Lieutenant Colonel Theodore Roosevelt\, was in town with his famous Rough Riders waiting for word to leave for Cuba and fight in the Spanish-American War. Later\, as First Lady\, she assumed her duties with dignity and character. Actor Mary Jordan portrays Edith Roosevelt. \nUpstairs/Downstairs at the Tampa Bay Hotel is based on original research conducted by the Henry Plant Museum. Professional actors recreate the attitudes and mores of a bygone time\, along with the sorrows and joys of their existence. Performances are 30 minutes. Arrive early\, as seating is limited and available on a first-come\, first-served basis. \nUpstairs/Downstairs is graciously underwritten by Mosaic and with the support of the Arts Council of Hillsborough County and the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners. \n\nAdmission: Free / No reservations are required.
