DESCRIPTION:A Seasonal Tradition!\n\nThe Holiday Trees Display & Auction is a fundraiser for the Carrollwood Cultural Center. View and bid on a variety of themed holiday trees displayed in our lobby. Proceeds benefit our Tom Jones Tuition Assistance Fund\, which provides children from families with low income the opportunity to attend Summer Camp for free or reduced tuition. \n\n\n\n\n\nOur 2022 auction includes 19 themed holiday trees\, both large and small. This year’s themes include Precious Moments to All Hallows Eve and Gnome for the Holidays to What the Elf? And don’t miss the tree featuring a triceratops or the Kid’s Book Tree\, which includes a 6-foot bookshelf handcrafted by Executive Director Paul Berg.\nThe online auction ends December 11 at 9 p.m. \n\n\n\n\nIf you prefer not to bid on a tree\, but would like to donate directly to the Tom Jones Tuition Assistance Fund\, please CLICK HERE.

DESCRIPTION:Experience an authentic recreation of a live Doors show complete with the looks\, sounds and theatrics of the real thing. \nThe Doors of Perception are a 4-piece Tribute Band to the ethereal and experimental classic rock band\, The Doors. This tribute band will bring you back to the psychedelic era with the sights\, sounds\, and atmosphere of a real Doors show. The name\, The Doors of Perception\, taken from the famous book by Aldous Huxley\, was Jim Morrison’s original name for his band before it was shortened to The Doors. \n\nAdmission: $22 member / $27 general admission \n\n\n\nStream it Live: $10 \n\n\n\nStreaming sponsored by AARP. \n \nRemember to “Round It Up” and make a donation to the Center’s Operating Fund. Consider making a donation when registering for classes or purchasing tickets. Your donation can be as simple as rounding your total to the nearest five or ten dollars — or whatever amount you wish to give. Thank you for your contribution!
